Search engine optimization requires creative thinking and knowledge about consumer needs and perceptions. At the GESUND magazine, published regularly through the Axel Springer publishing house, the complete set of print articles of the health magazine had to be optimized with keywords and other meta-tags for online transfer. Other SEO experiences was aquired at bild.de, resulting in a leading role in the optimization process at tripventure.net, trip-engine.net and sprylab.com, displaying verified results measured through Google Analytics and SEOlytics. An additional task meant setting up and managing AdWords campaigns for the tripventure games and guides and tripengine, an app platform for location-based games and guides and its development system.
In 2009, the affinity to web design led to an employment at the government initiative for healthier school catering called Vernetzungsstelle Schulverpflegung Berlin e. V., for which the typo3-website had to be managed and refurbished. The year after, the Berlin based online magazine siegessaeule.de, which also used the typo3 content management system, added to that experience in line with the web management of tripventure.net.
Hands-on knowledge about the strategies in marketing came through collaborations with a successful PR manager. These skills improved further through the work at sprylab with the involvement in product placement, social media actions and customer orientation. This required a specialization in the use of twitter, facebook and blogging. Other marketing involvements include campaigns for buchbesprechung.de.
